Infant Supervision visit (<14 days old) $25.00

Medication refill requiring face-to-face visit (controlled substances and medications requiring physical examination) $50.00

Tele-Health Visits

Tele-health visit (new patient or complex situation) $50.00

Telehealth visit (minor illness consultation & prescription refills not requiring face-to-face visit or examination) $25.00

* A travel charge may be added to a visit cost if the visit location is outside of the 25 mile radius from the office address—only Maryland addresses can be accommodated at this time. A $25 charge for each increment of 25 miles outside of the 25 mile radius. (For example, 65 miles travel one way would have a $50 charge. 65-25=40 miles outside radius).
