Medical Cannabis evaluation visit $100 for initial certification and $75 for recertification

Infant Supervision visit (<14 days old) $50.00

Medication refill requiring face-to-face visit (controlled substances and medications requiring physical examination) $50.00

Tele-Health Visits

Tele-health visit (new patient) $50

Tele-health visit- complex situation or 1 hr consultation $100

Telehealth visit (minor illness consultation & prescription refills not requiring face-to-face visit or examination for < 30 minute consultation) $25.00

Telecommunications visit via text or email for consultation, evaluation of medical condition, or review of medical documents including lab results, pictures, or other medical documentation $25-100 based on complexity and time.

Consult regarding lifestyle (diet, exercise, medical condition therapies) $100/hour

Administrative fees:

medical note, letter, form completion (simple/straightforward) $25

complex review of medical records, compilation of records, and/or formulation of complex medical communiques for legal purposes, 3rd party agencies, or patient information $100/hour rate.

* A travel charge will be added to a visit cost if the visit location is outside of the 25 mile radius from the office address—only Maryland addresses can be accommodated at this time. A $25 charge for each increment of 25 miles outside of the 25 mile radius. (For example, 65 miles travel one way would have a $50 charge. 65-25=40 miles outside radius).
